Find My Beats Earbuds
Use Apple Find My on an iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch to check compatible Beats, or use the Beats app on Android. Go to the location shown by the official service first. Bluetooth Finder can add a nearby signal clue only while the earbuds are powered and discoverable.
Before you start
Find My must be enabled on the paired Apple device before the loss.
Android finding uses the Beats app and, for selected products, Google Find My Device after setup.
Bluetooth Finder provides no access to an Apple or Google finding network.
Search step by step
On an Apple device, open Find My, tap Devices and select the Beats product. You can also check iCloud.com/find.
On Android, open the Beats app and use its locate option. Check Google Find My Device only for a supported product configured in advance.
Go to the current or last-connected location shown by the official service.
If the earbuds are still missing, use Bluetooth Finder nearby only when a live discoverable signal is available.
Start with a Bluetooth scan.
Open Bluetooth Finder, choose a likely device and move slowly. A rising signal is a useful clue that you are getting closer.

If the Beats earbuds are offline
Use the last-connected information supplied by the official service and search that area. A Bluetooth scan cannot receive a signal from earbuds that are off, empty or out of range.
